Dying to see Joe Jonas perform his latest single, “Just In Love,” for what seems like the billionth time? Well, you’ve got your wish.
The middle Jonas Brother hit the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to perform the melodic, R&B-laced pop tune last night (November 3). Thankfully, the performance wasn’t the same ol’ song and dance Joe’s performed time and time again at his other TV gigs. He switch it up a bit; he ditched the dancers and left it to just himself and his band to rock — or something resembling rocking — the show. Even still, we think it’s time to move on to single No. 3.
“Just In Love” is taken from Joe’s debut solo album, FastLife, out now.
Check out Joe’s performance on Leno below.
On Joe Jonas’s last night (in London, England) being the opening act for Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale tour in Europe/UK, Britney gave Joe a little strip-tease/pole/lap dance number during “Lace and Leather” on October 31, 2011.
joejonas – What a great night! LONDON! you rule! what a way to end the @britneyspears tour. And.. @britneyspears thanks for the strip tease.. ;)

Taking his solo pop music repertoire overseas, Joe Jonas rocked out in the Netherlands earlier this week.
The “See No More” singer drew quite a crowd as he performed songs off of his newly-released album Fastlife as well as some Jonas Brothers favorites.
Additionally, Joe also threw in a fabulous cover version of Chris Brown’s mega-hit “Beautiful People.”
And, raising eyebrows, Mr. Jonas seemed to be extra friendly with one of his backup dancers who just happened to be wearing a skimpy vest/cutoff shorts ensemble.

Joe Jonas is “Just In Love” with his new solo album, Fastlife, and apparently the rest of the Jonas Brothers are too!
Joe’s first solo album, Fastlife, will be released next week and he explained to Today that he has the full support of his brothers, Kevin and Nick.
But was he nervous when he first asked the rest of the Jonas Brothers if he could go solo?
“I think so,” Joe admitted to Ann Curry. “When we sat down together we were all trying to figure out what we were going to do for 2011 — it was like a year and a half ago — sat down with them and said, ‘Guys, I would love to work on a project. Not sure for myself or for somebody else.’ And I just kind of fell in to it. Started working with producers and writers and here I am today.”
And now Joe is ready for the release of his solo album.
“I’m very excited. I think having my brothers’ support going into this project means everything to me and the fans seem to like the new music. I’m just ready for it to be out there. I’m ready to show the world kinda of what I’ve been working on for the past year.”

VIEW VIDEO TAKEN AT CONCERT (Sept. 30, 2011) — Over 500 people lined up at the House of Blues on Sept. 20 to see JoJo, Jay Sean and Joe Jonas, the now solo performer, hit the stage. This was the place to be on a Tuesday night. They’ve been touring all across North America, starting in Boston and landing in West Hollywood, to put on an amazing show for their fans in LA.
Everyone came prepared with blankets and chairs, because they knew they had to get there pretty early since it was on a “first come, first served” basis. The audience was let in at about 7 p.m., next thing you know it’s 7:30 and everyone is waiting for JoJo to start off the night. As the minutes went by, the background music stopped and only screaming could be heard as the band introduced JoJo.
She opened up the performance with a remix of “Marvin’s Room” by Drake. This was followed by her hit “Leave (Get Out)” and then a more recent single, “Disaster.” It was pretty noticeable that she was having a hard time with the crowd because there weren’t too many people who knew her songs. She ended her performance with an all-time hit, “Too Little, Too Late,” and cleared the stage for Jay Sean.
Instead of turning the background music on again, there was a DJ there mixing up a few of the recent radio hits. All of a sudden Jay Sean’s hit “Do You Remember” started to play, and there he was, with the microphone in his hand and his aviators on. At this point, the crowd went wild and everyone was finally dancing and having fun.
One thing that was not expected from Jay Sean was when he started beat boxing some Lil’ Wayne and Beyoncé after he performed “Ride It,” “2012” and his song “Eyes on You” from way back in 2004! That really hyped up the crowd. After his little skit, he continued the performance with “Hit the Lights” and ended the show with his most famous single “Down.”
After a while, the crowd went silent, and finally, it was time. Joe Jonas was only a few more minutes away and everyone was trying to control their emotions. Joe has always wanted to go solo and his new work, which has a more of a R&B feel to it, is still very personal. Not only are were his lyrics different, but he joined his backup dancers Matt Aylward, Trent Dickens and Nat Gilmore to show off some new choreography. Everyone was so excited to see him finally display that work for the audience.
When he opened those curtains and started to sing “Loveslayer,” it was obvious the amount of effort that went into his solo career and this performance. The crowd was really astonished at this point and he pretty much fed off the energy. It was very uplifting to see everyone sing along and really enjoy themselves.
One thing he struggled with was having his voice heard. The music was kind of overpowering and it was hard understand when the song changed or what line he was on. The screaming and freaking out slightly drowned out his voice too.
The night went on as he introduced new songs from his upcoming album, Fast Life, which comes out Oct. 11. This album includes more up tempo songs such as “Just in Love,” “Kleptomaniac,” “Fast Life” and “All This Time.” One song, “I’m Sorry,” really moved the crowd because it was much slower and more meaningful than the others. Now that people were all warmed up, he threw in some old songs he used to perform with his brothers, including “Hello Beautiful” and “When You Look Me In the Eyes.” When he sang “Burnin’ Up,” everyone went insane!
Joe went off stage for a quick second then returned with six red roses. The band played “Beautiful People” by Joe’s close friend and famous recording artist Chris Brown. As he sang, he threw a roses into the audience one by one. As he got down to the last one, he held it in his mouth then tossed it to the balcony area. On top of all that, Joe decided to jump into the first row, causing everyone to run in his direction, as if the crowd wasn’t crazy enough.
It was another unforgettable night at the House of Blues. In the end, fans can only hope Joe will be as successful as he and his brothers were with his solo career. They really just want to see his album “Fast Life” climb up the charts when it comes out next month. Are you ready for the fast life?

Joe Jonas stopped by The Kiss Mazda Music Lounge and performed a couple of songs. Here is “Just In Love”
At 22, Joe Jonas has already experienced the heights of music industry success. His days as co-lead singer for the wholesome, Disneyfied rock band Jonas Brothers exposed him to hordes of screaming girls around the world and culminated in the rare Cowboys Stadium gig in 2009. Yeah, those brothers were big.
But fans of boy bands tend to grow up fast and leave their old obsessions behind without much warning. That might explain why House of Blues was only about half full on Thursday night when the middle Jonas performed tunes from his upcoming solo album.
The several hundred teens and young adults who took in the school-night show still displayed plenty of passion for the singer, so all was not lost. But Joe — charismatic and talented as he may be — will need to step up his game if he dreams of making Timberlake waves.
A drummer, keyboardist, three dancers and fancy stand-up lighting rigs backed the singer as he tore through a handful of electro-leaning dance-pop songs from his debut album Fastlife, out Oct. 11. Jonas was in good spirits and seemingly glad to be in front of a home crowd — he and his brothers relocated to Westlake in 2008.
He played the part of suave pop crooner convincingly enough during the short set, driving girls crazy with well-choreographed hip thrusts. His new tunes, including recent singles “See No More” and “Just In Love,” were danceable but somewhat unimaginative, melody-wise. Things got worse with a diary-ripped ballad called “Sorry” — most likely about ex Taylor Swift — before getting a little better with party-ready fare — a funked-up version of the JoBros’ “Burning Up,” a cover of Chris Brown’s “Beautiful People.”
Perhaps ol’ Joe will find more mojo when he joins Britney Spears on a European tour this fall. He’s got potential. At the very least, he outperformed opening act Jay Sean by a mile — we didn’t catch an earlier set by the gifted singer JoJo.
Sean, a high-voiced British singer known for the Lil Wayne-featuring radio hit “Down,” seemed more concerned with pandering to the crowd between songs than pushing out decent vocals or choreography. Doesn’t he know the deal about high-school girls? Their screams don’t always mean there’s something good happening on stage. Sometimes they just need to scream.
