Joe Jonas is no longer the tween idol that everyone remembers him as. He’s 21 years old with a new solo album and he’s been hitting the gym a lot lately. The first single will be released next month, and he’ll be performing for the first time in Chicago as a solo act at the B96 Pepsi SummerBash!

Joe covered the April issue of Details magazine, and inside he talked about how he’s changed. “I’m growing up, the fans are growing up,” Joe says. “I’ve gone through a lot of stuff in my life so far. There are stories I haven’t really been able to tell. When you’re writing with three people, you wind up with a sound that might be—not average—but, you know, expected.”
