On a recent report on Ocean Up, it said, “Joe Jonas Is Insecure About His Thighs? – Joe Jonas is reportedly insecure with his body: ‘The hunky Disney star makes girls swoon, but he’s horribly insecure about his big thighs! ‘Joe works out like a fiend but he can’t seem to lean out his thighs. His brothers tease him for having thunder thighs, but it isn’t a joke for Joe. He’s worried about developing stretch marks and dimpling on his thighs, so he uses anti-cellulite cream.’” Joe Jonas takes to his twitter how he is amazed how people make up things like this. Oh the things reporters make up.
JoeJonas – This is amazing. How do people come up with this stuff. “@oceanUP: Joe Jonas Is Insecure About His Thighs? http://t.co/7Hsv0Rx”

Songwriter Claude Kelly says Jonas Brother is ‘willing to take chances.’
By Jocelyn VenaJoe Jonas promised that on his forthcoming solo album, he’s going to be singing about his life, and that means songs about some very famous ladies might make the final cut. Songwriter Claude Kelly, who has been working with Joe in a New York studio, said that nothing is being held back.
“My process when I go in with an artist is to ask them right off the bat, ‘What’s going on in your life?’ … and he hasn’t held back at all,” Kelly dished to MTV News. “He’s like, ‘I want to talk about this girl or how hot she is or we’re breaking up or we’re together.’ He’ll say it, and he’ll put his life in the song, which makes the best songs.”
With names like Taylor Swift, Ashley Greene (who he very recently broke up with) and Camilla Belle floating around in Joe’s dating past, it seems that this inside scoop will make for some fun listening. “It’s gonna be good, absolutely,” Kelly added. “And that’s the fun part: to let [fans] figure it out and let them listen to it over and over and dissect those parts. So, I was blown away about how together he was on this record and how willing he was to take chances.”
Kelly and Joe have worked on two songs together, and Kelly said he’s eager to see what the two of them can cook up next. “I was really impressed with his artistry,” he said. “He really knows what he wants. His vocals are really awesome, range-wise.”
Joe, who already has legions of girls drooling over his hunkiness, plans to up that hot-guy ante on this record. “Obviously, he’s a sex symbol already, but he’s really gonna play into a sex-symbol role and get the girls on his side,” Kelly revealed. “He’s doing edgier, more urban music. I’ve been working with [producer] Danja. It’s edgy, urban pop where he can showcase his voice in a way people haven’t heard him before. So, he’s singing more edgy things and the music is more mature, but fun still.”

Joe Jonas sticks his tongue out as he crosses the street in NYC with his bodyguard close behind him on Thursday afternoon (March 17).
The 21-year-old musician is currently in the city finishing off his debut solo record. Joe tells Details mag of the album, “I wanted to do something you could hear in a club or something you could dance to, something that’s fun – something that’s me.”
It was just recently announced that Joe has parted ways with girlfriend Ashley Greene.

March 16, 2011Joe Jonas has been working hard on his highly anticipated solo debut and we caught up with the Jo Bro at his photo shoot for the cover of Details magazine, chatting about his new endeavors.
“This is a major deal for me – to be able to accomplish something like this,” Joe said of his solo photo shoot. “Doing it on my own is just, I think, a new chapter.”
The singer has had to adapt to standing alone in the spotlight, but he seems to be adjusting well.
“I don’t feel pressure, but I would say that I almost put a personal responsibility on myself,” said Joe. “Those fans that say have moved on, gotten a little bit older and were introduced to new artists, I feel like I want to be able to catch their ears again.”
The new album doesn’t have a release date established but Joe is expecting it to drop somewhere around “late summer [or] early fall.”
Although Joe is working independently of his brothers, that doesn’t mean his will be the only voice heard on his upcoming album. Joe listed Kanye West, Drake and Nicki Minaj as artists that he would like to join forces with.
“There’s a couple collaborations that I have opportunities for right now,” said Jonas. “I don’t want to jinx them, so I don’t want to say too much.”
Joe’s advice to young artists – above all, have fun. “Anybody that I ever met that has been in the business that I really look up to, Paul McCartney to Bono, they’ve always looked at me and said, ‘Listen, like, enjoy yourself. Have a good time. Stop. Realize the kind of moments you’re in.’”
Joe Jonas’ solo cover in Details goes on stands March 29.

Fashion police might have issued a ticket to Joe Jonas for wearing denim on denim, better known ’round these parts as the “Canadian Tuxedo.” Problem is, dude can carry off anything, so the middle Jo Bro manages to make head-to-toe jeans — plus a fedora, also usually worthy of a small fine — look great as he takes a coffee break.
The star recently went on the record about his sexy-hot relationship with “Twilight” babe Ashley Greene, his solo album and the future of the Jonas Brothers in an interview with Details. What he didn’t mention, however, were any plans — current or future — to work with a stylist.
We’re the farthest thing from fashion experts, but we’re actually considering letting our spring wardrobe blossom with more denim than usual (maybe as a jacket this time?). But the cherry on this sundae are those high-top sneakers that make Joe’s whole outfit “pop,” and dangit if we don’t at least give the Jonas look a fighting chance!
I know, I know… but I had to post this or else I’ll keep hearing it from fan to post.

Posted: 1:16 AM, March 17, 2011“Twilight” beauty Ashley Greene and “heartbreaker” Joe Jonas have split, sources exclusively tell Page Six. The couple broke up weeks ago after dating since last summer. “It was mutual and amicable,” a source said, adding they drifted apart because of their work schedules. The Jonas Brothers star gushed about her in Details’ April issue: “I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first. She understands my busy schedule.” Greene is filming “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” and will appear in “LOL” with Demi Moore and “Butter” with Jennifer Garner this year. Jonas is to release his first solo album this summer. He previously dated Taylor Swift and Camilla Belle and split with Demi Lovato, earning himself a reputation as a heartbreaker. Greene didn’t seem to be nursing too much of a broken heart when she hung out at Avenue Tuesday night with friends including Jared Followill. A rep for Greene couldn’t be reached. A rep for Jonas declined to comment.

With a new solo album and a new look, the 21-year-old just wants you to see him as more than a tween idol. Can you help a Jonas Brother out?
Joe Jonas is going grocery shopping, walking along a busy commercial section of Hollywood. No one notices him, no tween girls shriek, as he weaves through the sidewalk traffic. Joe doesn’t much look like a Jonas Brother anymore. Gone is his telltale luxurious sweep of black hair. Now it’s cropped in a look one of his handlers likes to call “Top Gun-Tom Cruise,” and he’s wearing a rakish beard and mustache, along with skinny jeans that hang low enough to reveal the pattern on his boxers. These signs of testosterone seem to defy the boy band’s squeaky-clean image—the three brothers wore “purity rings,” pledging chastity until marriage. Joe, 21, looks all grown up. And there isn’t a purity ring in sight.
“‘Does anyone ever tell you you look like Joe Jonas?’ I get that a lot,” Joe says in his mild, soft-spoken way. “Or they’ll say, ‘You’re so much cuter in person.’ Or ‘Where are your brothers?’” He laughs. “It’s not like we wake up in the same bed.”
Joe moved out of the home he shared with his parents and his brothers, Kevin, 23, and Nick, 18, a year and a half ago, to rent a house with some buddies in Los Feliz. But it was haunted, he says—”We’d hear footsteps”—and he often thought about getting his own place. Then, about nine months ago, he started dating Twilight star Ashley Greene, and the idea of a little privacy became more appealing. So last November, he found a bachelor pad in this part of town, which he likes because “it’s like my mini New York. I got my gym a few blocks away”—where he’s been working out five days a week with his trainer.
“I like to watch all the crazy characters in the neighborhood,” he says. “I saw this gay homeless guy that got arrested. When the cops said, ‘Spread ‘em,’ he was like, ‘You’d like that, wouldn’t you?’” Joe grins; he likes a good comeback.
In addition to hitting the gym regularly, Joe is also a fan of bars in the area, like the Bowery on Sunset, because it’s “really laid-back.” Wait a minute—didn’t the Jonas Brothers, who provided the voices of cherubs in 2009′s Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, swear off alcoholic beverages?
Yes, but that was back when Joe was living with his mom, Denise, and his dad, Kevin Sr., a former evangelical preacher who now comanages the band. It was also before Joe decided to do a solo album, the first single from which will be released next month.
“I’m growing up, the fans are growing up,” Joe says. “I’ve gone through a lot of stuff in my life so far. There are stories I haven’t really been able to tell. When you’re writing with three people, you wind up with a sound that might be—not average—but, you know, expected.”
The moment he walks into Trader Joe’s, the sound system starts playing “Year 3000,” a Jonas Brothers hit from their first album, 2006′s It’s About Time. The boys’ cheerful guitar riffs and boisterous voices fill the giant store. “I didn’t call and arrange this,” Joe says, amused, as he grabs a cart.
