Jetsetting duo Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas are heading to Las Vegas very soon…but it’s not for a quickie wedding.

E! News has learned exclusively what the couple has in store for New Year’s Eve and who they’re doing it with.

The cuties are attending the invitation-only Jay-Z and Coldplay NYE concert at the brand new Cosmopolitan resort

And while Joe will spend Christmas with his brothers, they won’t be joining Joe on his Vegas jaunt.

“Joe is really growing into his own,” says a Jonas source, “He loves his brothers, but wants to have some time with Ashley alone and just party.”

Cheers to that! We don’t know about the JoBro fans, but personally, we love seeing this new, more fun version of Joe.

He just turned 21 this year and landed a hot girlfriend, so what better place to ring in 2011 with her than Sin City?

But it’s not all fun and games for this twosome.

Ashley is hosting an Eclipse DVD release tonight in NYC, where she’ll sign copies of the movie for the first 200 fans.

And after their Vegas blowout on NYE, Joe is headed back to L.A. to work on his solo album.

Now that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have called it quits, we may just have hand the hottest Young Hollywood couple crown to Ash and Joe!

Joe Jonas received a custom vending machine from Skittles to help decorate his new home. The vending machine, which says “Taste the Double Rainbow,” doesn’t require coins because it features a motion-operated voice recorder that Joe can customize with any message he wants and will be restocked regularly by Skittles so Joe will never have to worry about running out of one of his favorite candies. Joe is one of only four celebrities to get a Skittles machine. Other celebs include Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom who received one as a gift for their wedding vow-renewal and Jasmine V, who opens for Justin Bieber on his My World Tour. Jealous!? Want your own Skittles machine!? Or what other candy machine would you want!?

Joe Jonas stops off at the Kings Road Cafe for some lunch with his personal trainer on Sunday (December 12) in Los Angeles.

The night before, the 21-year-old singer suited up to attend the premiere of Tron: Legacy at the El Capitan Theater alongside the film’s stars Olivia Wilde and Jeff Bridges.

Joe showed off a shorter hairdo earlier in the week while walking the red carpet at the Nylon dinner celebrating Black Swan’s Mila Kunis.

Joe Jonas suits up for a night out at the El Capitan Theater to catch the premiere of Tron Legacy in Los Angeles on Saturday (December 11).

The 21-year-old actor/musician recently appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef, testing the chefs with their dessert skills.

Tron Legacy, which opens NEXT Friday, follows Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund) as he looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years.

Joe Jonas gives a thumbs up as he arrives at the NYLON and Armani Exchange Private Dinner Celebrating Cover Star Mila Kunis at Cleo Restaurant at The Redbury Hotel in Los Angeles on Thursday night (December 9).

The 21-year-old musician was joined at the party by couples Sarah Hyland and Matt Prokop and Sara Paxton and Nico Tortorella.

Sarah, 21, wore a cute olive StyleStalker dress and a muubaa jacket.

All guests, which also included Heather Hemmens and Ashley Benson, were first to receive Armani Exchange’s new watches from their Holiday collection.

Joe Jonas waits in line as he picks up a few things from Target in Hollywood on Tuesday night (December 7).

The 21-year-old actor picked up a new sleeper sofa and an Oster blender. Wonder if those are Christmas gifts or stuff for him?!

Joe helped out the store employees with lifting the heavy sleeper sofa box into his car and even had time to pose with a fan outside of the store.
